Drills of the Week

Introducing Drills of the Week! Each week, we will have two drills for your athletes to try at home – one with skates and one without skates. Minimal equipment is required. Here is what you will need:

  • Hockey stick
  • Stickhandling object of your choice, possible options include:
    • Puck
    • Biscuit
    • Hockey ball
    • Tennis ball
    • Golf ball
  • Inline skates (optional)

Please note that if you do not have inline skates, most drills can also be replicated without skates.
