In the event that an individual or team is no longer able to attend the tournament, the cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

• If you cancel on or before January 14th, 2024, you will receive a full refund. 
• If you cancel between January 15th and February 1st, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel between February 2nd and February 8th, 2024, you will receive a 25% refund.
• If you cancel February 9th, 2024 or after, you will not receive a refund.
